The arithmetic behind a sixty-minute foot session, why thirty would not be half of it, and why we do not sell a ninety-minute version either.
★ 4.8 from 249 Google reviews$85 for 60 minutesDaily 10am to 10pm
Do the arithmetic and the hour explains itself. Two feet, thirty minutes each, and inside each of those halves there are more distinct areas to work than most people would guess.
Count them. The sole divides into the toe pads, the ball, the arch and the heel. Each of the five toes is worked individually, which includes the joint and a stretch. The outer edge and inner edge are separate lines of work. The top of the foot has four channels between the long bones. Then the ankle, which is a joint with attachments running in several directions, and the calf above it. That is comfortably twenty separate regions per leg, and reflexology does not brush across a region, it settles into it and waits for the tissue to soften.
Thirty minutes on twenty regions is ninety seconds each with nothing left over for the calf and no room to return to anywhere that needed a second visit. That is not a shorter version of this treatment. It is a sampler of it, which is why a half-hour tier does not exist here rather than being an oversight at the desk.
There is also the settling. Feet arrive braced. They have spent the day taking load and being ignored, and the tissue does not simply hand itself over the moment somebody touches it. The opening stretch of the appointment is spent persuading rather than working, and shortening the hour takes that time out of the productive end, not the preamble.
The other direction gets asked about too, so here is the answer on ninety minutes. We do not offer one for this. Several other services on the menu genuinely benefit from the extra half hour and carry those tiers. Feet do not have more territory waiting past the sixty-minute mark. Extending would mean covering the same ground a second time, and repeating a sequence is a worse purchase than starting a different one.
Which is the honest recommendation if an hour is not enough time in the building. Book a second service rather than a longer first. The Japanese head spa is another sixty minutes at the same $85 and covers the exact opposite end of the body, so nothing gets duplicated. A full body massage does the same job from a different direction, and a body session can run ninety minutes or a full two hours if length is what you are after.
On how long the effect lasts, we are not going to give you a number, because nobody honestly can. The common description is feeling light and slightly untethered for the rest of that evening, sleeping unusually well, and being back to ordinary by the following afternoon. People who stand for a living tend to book it on a rhythm rather than once, which tells you something more useful than any figure we could print.
Sixty minutes, $85, seven days a week between 10am and 10pm. One length, chosen deliberately.

"Spotless, and all the staff were very nice. We set an appointment for a couples massage and they had a nice two-bed room ready when we arrived. Highly recommend."
