Foot massage or reflexology, which is this?

Both words describe the appointment you would book here. Reflexology is what the trained technique is called. Foot massage is what nearly everybody says when they ring up. Nothing changes between the two.

What does it cost and how long does it run?

$85, sixty minutes, and that is the only combination available.

Can I book a shorter one?

We do not sell a 30-minute version. Short chair sessions exist around the valley at lower prices and they serve a real purpose; this is a different product, and an hour is all of it.

Am I getting undressed?

Shoes and socks, nothing more. Feet and lower legs need to be uncovered and the rest of your outfit stays where it is, which is why this is the treatment of choice for anyone wanting genuine bodywork without a robe involved.

What part of me gets worked on?

Both feet in full, meaning sole, arch, heel, ball and each toe individually, plus across the upper foot and continuing into the ankle and calf. The calf surprises people by being the best part.

Is it painful?

Occasionally a single point turns tender for a few seconds, which is normal and is not the objective. Relief is the objective. The therapist adjusts to the pressure you like, and one word from you changes it mid-session.

Does anything happen beyond my feet?

Most guests describe a calm that spreads well past the ankles, consistently enough to be worth mentioning. What you will not read here is a claim that a spot beneath your arch does something to an organ. Deep relaxation and released tension are the offer.

I have a diagnosed foot problem, will this fix it?

Ask your physician before you ask us. Nobody at this address diagnoses, treats or manages any condition, and the hour is deliberately kept restful rather than clinical.

Is it all right while pregnant?

Mention it when you reserve so the therapist knows in advance, and get your doctor's opinion first. Many people pick it during pregnancy because it requires nothing physical of them and no undressing.

Is this a pedicure?

No. Nothing is soaked, scrubbed, filed, clipped or painted, and no nail work occurs. It is bodywork on muscle and pressure points.

Can I add another service?

Yes, and it is a popular way to spend an evening here. A head spa or a full body massage scheduled directly after works well. Thirty minutes of infrared sauna attaches for $30.

Do you do skin treatments?

Bodywork is the whole business. Facials, injectables, peels, lasers and anything cosmetic or medical are simply not offered at this address.

Could I come in today?

Usually yes. The schedule shifts as therapists finish, and later hours are the softest to get into.

When are you open, and where?

Ten in the morning through ten at night, daily, at 1136 S State Street in Salt Lake City. The building has its own lot.

Must I reserve ahead?

Reserving is the recommendation and walking in is allowed. An hour requires one therapist uninterrupted, which is easier to arrange by phone than at the counter.

Are gift cards available?

Any value from $25 up to $500. Delivery is immediate and they carry no expiry.

Should I tip?

It is welcome and never expected. Twenty percent is the customary figure across service businesses, and the choice belongs entirely to you.

What about cancelling?

Under 24 hours' notice means no refund. Ring us as soon as your plans change.
