Foot Reflexology · Salt Lake City
Which second service to book beside foot reflexology, chosen by what is actually bothering you rather than by what sounds indulgent.
★ 4.8 from 249 Google reviews$85 for 60 minutesDaily 10am to 10pm
Two hours here costs $170 and is the most common way our regulars spend an evening. The useful question is not whether to add something but which thing to add, and that is decided by what is actually complaining rather than by what reads best on a menu.
If the trouble is above your collarbone, the head spa is the answer, and it is the pairing chosen most often for a reason that is almost geometric. One service takes the top of you, the other takes the bottom, neither covers a square inch the other did, and between them very little is left out. It is also sixty minutes at $85, so the arithmetic is easy.
If the trouble is spread across your back, hips or shoulders, a full body massage is the better second hour. Swedish for a general unwind, deep tissue when something specific has set hard, sports when the cause was training. All of those open at $85 for sixty minutes and, unlike this service, they do come in ninety-minute and two-hour versions if you want the weight of the visit on that side.
If your legs took the day rather than your feet, a body session that covers calves, hamstrings and quads picks up exactly where reflexology stops. Feet and calves get handled here; everything above the knee does not.
The infrared sauna sits in its own category and is the cheapest way to lengthen a visit. Thirty minutes, $30, and it runs outside your treatment time rather than inside it, so it adds to the visit instead of subtracting from the hour. After a cold day it is the obvious attachment.
Order is a matter of preference and we are not going to invent a rule. Warming up first appeals to some people. Others want the body work done while they are still capable of caring, since after an hour on your feet you may not feel like being moved around much. Say which you would rather and the schedule gets built that way.
Three add-ons ride inside the session itself rather than beside it. Cupping is $20, hot stones are $20, CBD is $30. They do not lengthen anything. They change what the hour contains.
Booking is where people trip up, so mention everything in one conversation. Two services require a single continuous block held on the calendar, and that is a different thing from making two separate reservations that happen to be adjacent. The desk can only build it properly if it knows the whole plan at once, and the same goes for add-ons, which are attached at reservation rather than selected on arrival.
On budget, be realistic. Two hours of service costs what two services cost, plus whatever you attached. If that is more than a first visit warrants, take the single hour, see whether it earns a return trip, and build the longer version later.
Open daily, 10am to 10pm. Dial the number above and describe what hurts.

"A beautiful new spa with lots of modalities to choose from. My therapist knew exactly which muscles to massage and stretch, very professional. Pick this place, you will not be disappointed."

"Spotless, and all the staff were very nice. We set an appointment for a couples massage and they had a nice two-bed room ready when we arrived. Highly recommend."
